At The Good Chapter, we lean towards a Narrative Therapy approach, and use complimentary therapeutic modalities as needed. Narrative Therapy is type of talk-therapy that can help you reframe your past, present, and future in a more positive light. By exploring your life story, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you, and develop new, empowering stories that more closely align with your values and goals.
